I’m disabled / neurodivergent, how will your event be accessible for me?

Our venue for the LPS London Meet has elevators and disabled access toilet(s), and we are ensuring there will be more than enough space at the event to move around with mobility aids. Music will be at a low level and we are more than happy to turn it down even more if requested. There will also be a quiet area just outside the main hall if you need a break. Additionally, we have a fully trained first aider on our team in case of emergency.

When and where will the Meet take place?

Our 2025 event will take place on June 28th, 2025 at the Queen's Gate House in London!

How long will the Meet be?

The event will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Your entry time will depend on your ticket type. Gold and Diamond supporters may enter starting from 9:00am. Standard ticket holders may enter starting at 10:30am. 

What is the maximum number of attendees allowed at the event?

For the London 2025 Meet, we are capping attendee tickets at 100. This does not include vendors, VIPs, and event hosts. The venue standing capacity is 300 and the seating capacity is 180, so we have chosen the attendance cap to avoid capacity issues. 

Can anyone come to the event?

Our event is open to everyone over the age of 16! For liability reasons, children under 16 are not allowed to attend LPS Meets UK. If you are 16 or 17,  you may attend the event however, you must be accompanied by an 18+ adult throughout the event. We will be checking ID on the day.

I’m 17, but I’m really mature. Can I come without an adult?

Any attendees aged under 18 must have an 18+ adult with them, throughout the event. We do not make exceptions and will be checking ID on the day.

What ID is acceptable?

We advise bringing a driver's license if you have one (provisional is fine) or your passport, but we also accept student ID, bus passes, railcards… If unsure, contact us and we’re happy to help.

Can I sell LPS or other accessories at the event?

As we are a small con that can only allow a limited amount of vendors, we please ask that you do not sell anything unless you’ve paid a vendor fee. This keeps things fair for those who have paid a fee. You’re more than welcome to trade however!

How do I become a vendor?

Vendor applications are now closed and vendors have already been selected. You are welcome to trade at the event however!

Can I bring in outside food and drinks?

While most food is not permitted, we do allow things like small cereal bars and water. Please use your common sense here and don’t bring anything that could cause a mess or anything with a strong smell (we’re looking at you, girl with the tuna sandwich!). If you bring anything in a wrapper, please make sure to dispose of it correctly. If you’re unsure where to find a bin, please come to the check-in desk. We also request you do not bring anything that’s a major allergy risk, like a big bag of peanuts that you intend to chuck at the other attendees, for example.

Is there a lost and found at the convention?

If you find unattended items or want to report a lost item, please come to the check-in desk. If we can’t reunite you with your lost items before the event ends, we’ll post any items on our socials for people to identify as theirs, and return them by post.

Is London safe?

The London meet will be held in South Kensington, a very central and tourist friendly area, with tube stops just 5 minutes away on foot. Louise has visited London every year many times from the age of 13 and lived there for a month, and has made sure our event is in the safest of areas.

What can I bring?

Feel free to bring any items that are outside the LPS community (dolls and My Little Pony toys, for example). We do not allow larger items like fursuits for safety reasons. Please keep in mind this is an LPS event. We also ask that you are considerate of much of your collection you’d like to bring (bringing your whole 500+ collection and displaying it all can take away table space from other attendees).

Can I come and go from LPS Meets UK as I please? 

Yes! When you arrive, you will receive a lanyard and badge to wear, which you can use to re-enter the event. Please make sure this is visible at all times. 

Will there be water available?

Free water will be provided and we also encourage you to bring your own bottled water!
