Event Polices and Rules

Please note these rules are subject to changes and additions.

The following rules are for the safety and enjoyment of everyone at the event. If you break them, you risk being escorted from the event. If you experience any behaviour that goes against our rules, please report it to the check-in desk.

Conduct

Respect others, be kind and follow staff instructions.

Harassment

Harassment towards any other person will not be tolerated. Harassment includes, but is not limited to: 

• Offensive or unwelcome comments about appearance (including cosplay), race, gender, sexuality, physical or mental impairment, or religion

• Photographing or recording someone without their permission

• Intimidation, stalking or following – this includes continuing to talk to any attendee if they have asked you to leave them alone

• Disruption of talks or other events, especially if asked to stop

• Any uninvited physical contact

Photography and Video

Filming, vlogging, and photos are allowed at the event. For this reason, you may appear in the background of some videos and photos taken during the vlog. Photos and videos taken where an individual is the main focus of a shot requires you to ask permission first. Remember no means no.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the event:

• Any weapons, including toy ones

• Laser pointers

• Any other items restricted or prohibited from being carried in public by UK law

• Fursuits

Health and Safety

If you are feeling unwell or need assistance, please alert a member of our staff.

Selling and Trading

Selling is not permitted at our event unless you’ve paid a vendor fee. Trading is completely fine however! 

Theft 

Stealing anything at the event is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with seriously if reported. Do not steal from any guests or vendors. If you need to report a stolen item, please report it to the check-in desk. 

Ticket refund policy

Our refund policy is specified below:

• Ticket transfers may be granted if requested before 28th May 2025. No requests will be granted after this date

• Refunds will only be granted if requested before 1st March 2025. No requests will be granted after this date.

  • • Standard tickets are refundable by the full amount of £30, in accordance with the rest of the refund policy.

    • Gold and diamond tier supporter tickets can be partially refunded in two ways:

      • Partially refundable by £37 for gold supporters and £45 for diamond supporters in accordance will the rest of the refund policy. Under this refund condition the buyer will not receive their supporter goodie bag items OR

      • Partially refundable by £30 for both ticket supporter types (gold and diamond) in accordance will the rest of the refund policy. Under this refund condition the buyer may request to have their supporter goodie bag items posted to them. The price of postage will be subtracted from the partial refund amount. If the cost of postage is higher than the partial refund amount, the buyer must pay the additional postage cost.
